When you nourish your mind and body, you can thrive in your own unique way.

Choose to be the best version of yourself.

Imagine feeling nourished. Imagine feeling a shift, knowing that you are healing.

Life’s twists and turns takes us all on a unique journey. We experience peaks and troughs. Sometimes we get stuck at the bottom. Our bodies have amazing innate healing properties. Homeopathy can help allow you to open your path up, and let it flow naturally again.

I’ve seen and felt homeopathy’s power to heal in many countries and counties. Taking place in clinic rooms and under trees. I’ve worked with people from a large range of cultures and backgrounds. One common thread runs through all people: the want to be better, do better and feel better.

I will work with you to find the next steps in your own personal healing journey. I have a strong grounding in 200 year old homeopathic principles, and use modern approaches to adapt these to who you are and what you need.

Homeopathy can be that gentle step in your path that makes all the difference; it was for me.

I first visited a homeopath when I was ten years old. As a ‘poorly child’ I was off school more than I was there. I had frequent chest problems, and was on recurring courses of antibiotics. My small body had little defence mechanisms left. I became a shell of myself, feeling too weak often to get out of bed. Things got so tough, I didn’t really want to get out of bed.

Introduced to a homeopath by friends, my mum took me along for a handful of consultations. My memories of this process are that of being gently supported. I began to grow in health, and confidence, over a period of about a year and rarely looked back towards my sickbed. I visited my same homeopath for tweaks and rebalances when needed. I flourished and thrived, through school and life.

Fast-forward ten years. I’m lying in my tent in Botswana, on the banks of the Limpopo River. I have been living and working here for two years by now. My mind wonders, and some questions pop in:

What on Earth was that? How did I get so much better? What is homeopathy?

I promised myself that next time I was in the UK I would look into these questions. (My other promise was that I would dance, as much as possible, and to live music, wherever possible!)

I started by reading lots of books on homeopathy. I was hooked. What started as so many questions, became this amazing path of discovery.

The obvious next step was to train to become a homeopath. The only problem was I that I lived in the African bush! So it was a long meandering path towards becoming a fully qualified homeopath. My studies always had to fit in with my busy life. I learnt so much, both from my books and my journey, through the ten years from starting my first course to finally qualifying.

And so I was awarded a Licentiate in Homeopathy from the College of Practical Homeopathy, with so so much celebration and smiling! Soon after I became a fully registered homeopath with the Alliance of Registered Homeopaths.

I am fascinated by the meeting of both art and science in homeopathy.

The art is in piecing together each person’s story to find the remedy picture that will best support their healing.

I also have a Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering to my name, and am a practising secondary school Physics teacher. The science behind homeopathy enthrals me.

The gentle nature of this medicine allows me to support my patients through their own healing process.

Working with me means I would ask you to schedule an initial consultation. This is longer than any follow up consultation, as I want to get to know you, and what you want to get out of homeopathic treatment. I will ask about physical, mental and emotional aspects of you. Your relationships, any significant traumas, and your own individual story help me to see clearly how I can best help you. At the end of this consultation I will prescribe homeopathic remedies, that I will most likely post to you. I am also likely to make suggestions in terms of possible lifestyle changes or supplements. We will then schedule our next time to meet, to see how you are getting on.

It is important that we both feel that working together would be a good fit. Please do get in touch to book a free 20 minute discovery call, where we can discuss why you have got in contact and how I may be able to support you.

When I’m not working I love being outside. My dream day would be spent by the sea, or up a mountain, the evening around the fire, and an amazing night’s sleep in a tent. I also love live music and cooking good hearty food.
